Some of the abilities of of an admin are as listed: update agent listings, schedule or update showings, appraisals, inspections, agent production report, company productivity, inventory report by agent, set company preferences, and many more.

Listings Management
Post a property one time, and in a matter of seconds of completion that listing becomes available on the state, regional, and city-wide web sites. Manage listings in a snap! make the needed changes, and the property is instantly updated on ALL of the web sites. Listings features attributes are fully customizable from the MLS board, company, or agent level.

Searching
Search IRA's entire database by city or county, or narrow the search to include only the listings within the board or company. Search any county in Michigan! Quick searches allow searching by street address, IRA number or MLS number for convenient location of a property needed right now. Public may search active properties by: County, City, Township, Price, or Property Type.

CMA (comparable market analysis)
Creating a CMA is a very easy process, just like creating a listing. Just fill in information pertaining to the properties and your on your way to a comparable price. Sold listings will go back as far as 10 years. After you've create a CMA you have the option to make it active and enter the recommended selling price, its that easy!

Print Capabilities
IRA2000 has the functionality to print weekly or monthly homes magazines that advertise new listings and open houses! Why pay somebody to do this when it can be done in-house? Choose from the six different layouts for ML data sheets and four different layouts for brochures, and headers can be customized for each agent or left off of the print.

Showings Scheduler
IRA2000 is the ONLY service in Michigan that allows you to schedule showings over the internet, making it easier and more convenient for you. Great for coordinating offices in different locations. Notifications and confirmation emails is immediately sent to the listing agent, showing agent, and seller of the property. The Key management feature keeps track of the keys being used for each property - Key #, ELB, Lockbox, or others.

Reports and Graphs
IRA2000 can keep track and generate activity report, hit report, showings summary, quick inventory report, real estate graphs, open house reports.

Do-Not-Call Search
IRA2000 and the FTC have been working together to legally implement a Do-Not-Call list. We are providing you with the Do-Not-Call list data so it will be easier for you to access all from one system.

Email Utilities
Send a mass email to every agent within the board, or select only certain agents to receive the email. Compose the message, and we take care of the delivery! The Public can subscribe to Prospect Manager. When new properties come on the market that meet their criteria, an email notification with a link to the listing is automatically sent to them.

Prospect Manager
Prospect Manager is an effective tool for keeping in contact with clients without having to do anything. Prospect manager automatically sends email to your prospects and your self. All you have to do is create a prospect and fill out criteria for the type of property they are looking for: price range, location etc. Prospect manager can also be used as a contact directory. You can add as many prospects as you want and not add any criteria.

Personal Calendar
The personal calendar is very useful feature included in the IRA2000 program to keep you organized. Set your normal workday so that your coworkers know when you are expected to be in or out of the office. Share your calendar with your coworkers and view other coworkers' calendars. When a new event is entered or and existing event is modified, email notification is sent to all parties involved. Supports recurring events at daily, weekly, monthly and yearly intervals.

Open House Scheduler
Schedule and open house in minutes! Select a date, start and end time, and it's all set. It is also recorded in the property history. Agents and the public can easily view which properties have an open house scheduled.

IRA Palm
Download the entire board's listings to a palm pilot device and take them wherever you go! View property's address, MLS information, book text, and much more. Pictures and maps are coming in the future.

Custom Headers
Add a professional "Touch" to your listings. Headers appear at the top of every listings. Include company logo, name and contact info, and a photo.

Forms
We can make your forms available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for any computer with an internet connection. Easily type your information into the forms and print them out... Its that simple! Create electronic forms for your board or company. No software to buy! It can be easily downloaded free of charge off the system.

Bulletin Board
Post messages to all agent's of your board, company or the entire IRA2000 system. A nice contact management tool between yourself and others.

MLS on CD
